This is someone else's code and on top of it. I don't program in C#. I use VB.net. I am trying to piece this together and learn at the same time. :)
You are asking questions as though we have your data.
You need to use the Visual Studio debugging tools (which work the same in VB) and step through the code until you find the line of code causing the issue. You could also look at the results, find text close to the error, then do a search in the code base to locate the problematic line of code.
